Associate Director of Alumni and Family Engagement

Trinity Christian College seeks a full-time Associate Director of Alumni and Family Engagement. The Associate Director of Alumni and Parent Engagement will be responsible for the internal efforts of recording information updates for alumni and families, organizing all alumni and family office activities, and participating in the Trinity community as a representative of the Alumni and Family Engagement office. Externally, the Associate Director will be entrusted with marketing Alumni and Family Engagement office activities, in addition to some general College news and events, to an alumni and family audience; researching new opportunities to engage with alumni and families; collecting information updates for alumni and families; and increasing the alumni and family giving rates.

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:

•Maintain data collection processes, recording information updates in coordination with the Director of Advancement Services, continuously seeking the improvement of alumni and family data in the Raiser’s Edge database

•Organize and market alumni and parent office activities, pursuing the purpose of building relationships with alumni and families.

•Participate in the Trinity community, communicating the value of the alumni and family office to current students, staff, and faculty

•Sustain and enhance marketing efforts from the College to alumni and families through various channels, coordinating communication with the MarComm office.

•Seek to increase the alumni and family giving rates, collaborating with the Advancement office for appeals and campaigns

•Strive to broaden knowledge, learning more about Raiser’s Edge, interacting with peer institutions, alumni advisors, family advisors, listservs, etc., and continuously researching new opportunities to engage with alumni and families

•Perform all other duties as assigned by the Director of Alumni and Family Engagement

A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred with two to five years of related experience. Preference will be given to alumni of Trinity Christian College. Other qualifications and competencies include the following:
