Available for lead principals with fewer than ten years of experience, PDI is a cohort model event that brings together a network of like-minded school leaders. In addition to training, there are small group discussions and opportunities to share specific challenges you are facing. Apply by November 1, 2023.

Thank you for this incredibly valuable opportunity. I learned a great deal about my profession, not only from the facilitators, who clearly had expertise and wisdom, but I learned the most from passionate colleagues who do this difficult but important work with such faithfulness. I grew Spiritually, professionally and personally through this experience. It was a gift. I went back to my school feeling more prepared for what lies ahead.

Cost to Attend

The cost of the program for CSI member schools is $500 for all meals, a private room, and instructional materials. The non-member school cost for attendees is $1,500.

"The PDI conference was a time of significant learning and networking for me. In my first year of full-time administration, the opportunity to gain from the advice and wisdom of trusted leaders in the field of education was invaluable. The opportunity to participate in an off-campus setting was also valuable since I could concentrate on learning and assimilating rather than on the daily concerns that are part of administration. I am deeply grateful for your investment in us as Christian school leaders, and ultimately, in the students who will benefit from a God-centered education."
