A Spanish Immersion Teacher Aide plays a vital role in supporting the lead teacher in a classroom where Spanish is the primary language of instruction
The Spanish Immersion Teacher Aide supports the lead teacher in creating a dynamic and immersive Spanish language learning environment for students. The aide assists in implementing lesson plans, facilitating activities, and providing additional language support to students as needed.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish (native or near-native proficiency).
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for language learning and cultural exchange.
- Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with diverse student populations.
Education Requirements
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Some college coursework in education, Spanish language, or related fields preferred.
