Spring Vale Christian School is seeking to hire a paraprofessional to work one-on-one with students in the classroom who have learning challenges.
Paraprofessional will be assisting students who need additional help in the classroom.
Job Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide direction instruction to students in collaboration with classroom teachers.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers.
- Participate in co-teaching opportunities.
- Assist with providing adaption in classroom assignments and curriculum.
- Train and engage peers to provide support and friendship.
- Assist in carrying out individualized student plans, focusing on student goals.
- Cover for teachers as needed.
- Assist with recess and lunch.
Education Requirements
Must have previous experience in a classroom setting working with students.
