Job Description: Logos Christian Academy is seeking a principal to oversee the day to day operations of our K-8 campus. The principal must be a born-again believer and subscribe to the school’s Statement of Faith and Philosophy of Education.

General Requirements
The principal oversees all the operations of LCA including but not limited to:
● Organizational structure and school policies
● Hiring and managing staff
● Communication with staff, students, parents and school board
● Budget development and management
● Implementation of classical curriculum cohesively across the grade levels.
● Marketing and promotion of school
● Assisting office staff with daily tasks
● Student conduct
● Spiritual growth of students and staff
● Maintenance of facilities
Education Requirements
Min Experience: Two years as a school leader or assistant leader
Min Education:
BA in Education
Preferred: Experience with
classical education
