Established in 1905, the school has educated students from a Reformed perspective for over 100 years and continues to do so today. A dedicated faculty, staff, and board enjoy working with His covenant children, fulfilling the mission to disciple God's children by equipping them with a knowledge and understanding of Christ and His creation so that they can obediently serve God and others as they work and play. We are seeking support staff members to join our team as we work to meet the needs of our students:

• Paraprofessional (full-time one-to-one support for a 5th grader) – start date of August 2024
• Paraprofessional (full-time one-to-one support for a 7th grader) – start date of August 2024
• Paraprofessional (full-time one-to-one support for an 8th grader) – start date of August 2024
• Paraprofessional (part-time afternoon one-to-one support for a 2nd grader) – start date of August 2024

The ideal candidate for each position will be someone who:

• Has a heart for God and His kids
• Is uniquely gifted by God to support students who learn differently
• Has the ability to creatively meet student needs using a variety of strategies and materials
• Is able to collaborate with other support staff, teachers, and members of the inclusive education team
• Feels comfortable reporting progress and information to teachers and inclusive education team members
• Is willing to work hard and fulfill various tasks in relation to meeting student needs
• Has an understanding of the Response to Intervention model, or the willingness to learn
• Has a servant heart and a passion for Reformed Christian education and faith nurturing

Qualified applicants include those with a background in education, psychology, and/or social work or other related fields.
