Job Requirements

1. Work collaboratively with the experienced teacher (who teaches on M, Th, and F) to lead a cohesive learning environment that is warm and inclusive for all students.
2. Collaborate in developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that inspire academic and spiritual growth.
3. Foster a love for learning through engaging and creative classroom activities.
4. Support the goals of the Forest Kindergarten program.
5. Able to communicate effectively with parents regarding each child’s behavior, growth, and development.
6. Support the mission and vision of the school.
7. Exhibits a growth mindset in learning, teaching, and faith development.
