High School Teacher
Seeking a full-time High School Math teacher.
Mount Vernon Christian School (Mount Vernon, WA) is accepting applications for a full-time High School Math Teacher to join our school community beginning August 1, 2024. This position would include teaching some combination of courses offered at the high school level based on qualifications and areas of endorsement. Current offerings in the high school Math program include Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, College Pre-Calc and Calc, and Consumer Math. Some combination of listed courses would be shared amongst the Math Department.
Job Requirements
Candidates possessing a commitment to the Reformed faith, a desire to work with students and staff at a Christian school, and find joy in being part of a dynamic teaching team should send a letter of application and resume to the Superintendent’s Office. Education Requirements
- Candidates should have a high school diploma and a BA.
- Candidates should have or be able to acquire appropriate WA State Certification.
