Upper School Director of Student Life and Administration

The Director of Student Life and Administration is involved with all aspects of the student's day in and out of the classroom at Kansas City Christian

Kansas City Christian School is seeking to hire a Director of Student Life and Administration for Upper School (6th -12th grade levels). Applicants should profess a faith in Christ and attend a Bible-believing church. A master's degree in education, educational leadership or a related field is recommended. Candidates should have the desire to make a positive impact on student's lives through their leadership, desire to develop meaningful relationships with students, and be actively involved in the KCC community.


The Director of Student Life and Administration is involved with all aspects of the student's day in and out of the classroom at Kansas City Christian. This includes but is not limited to overseeing student life programs such as House Groups, Serve Day, STUCO, sponsor activities, and all Senior class events during the school year. The position will also oversee 6th -12th grade disciplinary systems and work directly with the Upper School Head of Faculty and Curriculum on student issues involving classroom issues such as cheating, tardies, and other academic situations that arise.
