Elementary Lead Teacher (5th Grade)
Seeking a passionate Christ-follower skilled at engaging 5th grade students in the studying Bible, Language Arts and Social Studies.
- Be skilled in teaching Bible, Language Arts and Social Studies
- Possess and act in an understanding of the purposes and goals of Christian Education
- Prepare and execute daily lessons in the content areas
- Shepherd classroom environment, students and culture of the 5th grade student group
- Engage parents in regular constructive conversations in support of student learning
- Work closely with a fellow 5th grade lead teacher daily to ensure continuity and consistency in cultural, academic, behavioral, social and spiritual training/expectations/assessment
- Follow curriculum maps/guides and assess student learning regularly according to outlined standards
- Support the work and mission of Redeemer Christian School in all that you do and are

Job Requirements
- Vital/valid testimony of God's saving grace in your life
- Certified/certifiable in Elementary Education or related field
- Skill/experience/background in Bible, Language Arts, Social Studies instruction
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Education and/or certified in Florida as Elementary teacher
- Additional training in subject areas a plus
Position Benefits
- Salary Range (depending on years of experience/degree(s)) $38,000-$52,000
