Christian Schools International offers consultation services in these three areas.
Proactive, visionary Christian schools engage in operational and financial best practices today in order to reach and serve more families tomorrow. Christian schools that thrive are consistent and intentional when it comes to growing their enrollment and financial resources.
Our consulting services offer your school a cost-effective approach to growing enrollment and developing financial strength. Our onsite, customized strategic positioning is tailored to your school community's unique demographics and setting. Gaining just one additional student would recoup the cost of this service, but more importantly, this strategic advancement further casts your vision and mission, allowing you to reach and serve more families in your community.
To schedule a visit or call concerning strategic positioning, or for more information, contact David Ritter at email@example.com or call him at 912.656.7567.
Your head of school is the person most responsible for articulating your school’s mission and vision, which makes it incredibly important to choose the right person for the job. Our consultants can help you as you search for the perfect candidate, the one that God is leading to your school.
Many member schools choose to conduct their own searches, but for other schools the search for a new leader is complex and overwhelming. Our consultants are willing to assist in any way we can.
- Some schools take advantage of Christian Schools International’s free phone consultation and email assistance during their search process.
- Our consultants can also work with you to identify potential candidates and develop an administrator profile for your school.
- Or we can conduct a complete search on your school’s behalf, from the development of a position description to the vetting and selection of finalists for the position.
CSI has developed a partnership with the Stevenson Company, an experienced executive search firm, as a resource for schools. CSI consultant team member David Ritter does searches as well. Contracts and arrangements are made directly between the school and the Stevenson Company or with David Ritter, and the cost is customized based on the extent of the search.
