Student Support Services Team Member

We are hiring a few new hourly staff members who love the Lord, love working with kids of various ages, willing to assist teachers and help students.

These positions will be part-time in nature (mornings or afternoons daily). Flexibility to help cover opposite shifts as needed will be preferred. These team members will help in our classrooms and assist with potential home-connections for families who may have a student home due to illness or COVID related health concerns. An education degree is a plus but not required as at times there will be needs to lead small-group instruction and potentially substitute teach in a classroom (depending on comfort level of the team member). These roles will be scheduled and supported by our Student Support Services Director. Job Requirements

  • Enjoy working with students of all abilities.
  • Collaborating with team members/staff and adapting to meet needs.
  • Technology skills will be needed, but training will be offered.

Education Requirements

There is no requirement of a degree for these positions, but an education background or experience working with students is very helpful.
