What is CCEE?

There is no more critical time for a child or young adult to benefit from an education that is intentionally Christian and academically excellent. And yet North American Christian schools, many of whom are blessed by rich heritages, are at the critical crossroad of a wonderful past and an uncertain future. Christian Schools International is committed to responding to His call to reinvigorate, refashion and restore Christian education. Many Christian schools both inside and outside the CSI family struggle to face these challenges head on.

CSI’s business is to come alongside schools as they begin re-positioning themselves so that the vision that gave birth to its schools generations ago will continue to expand. In light of this, we have committed to being the incubator for Christian Education’s best thinking on new delivery and financial models. For that purpose, CSI has established The Center for Educational Entrepreneurship

  • Engaging in new educational initiative development;

  • Building a worldwide network of Christian education leaders who are committed to the development of expanded models that will enhance opportunities to fuel a new vision for Christian education and nurture;

  • Raising Research and Development Resources – The nature of this transforming work will take us into a variety of settings- from franchising (i.e. big box developments, establishment of hybrid elementary schools) to locally owned intergenerational development where CSI comes along side of a number of school communities, to establishment of worldwide Internet malls, to wherever our best thinking takes us.

Models Currently in the CCEE incubator


  • The Online Learning Mall: The Online Learning Mall provides the highest in web based Christian Education around the world with unique multiple brand identification. Currently there is one tenant in the mall – Christian Distinctives.

  • Math/Science part-time Christian Academies: CCEF is developing part-time Math/Science academies. These academies are designed for parents who desire to have a significant portion of their child’s education program delivered at home.

  • Intergenerational Schools: CCEF will work with CSI in the establishment of Intergenerational learning communities.

  • Big Box Schools: Transforming 100,000-120,000 sq ft empty boxes into mixed use development that includes at least one faith based school.
