2009 Convention

The 2009 Annual Leadership Convention in San Francisco, CA turned out to be a fantastic week which brought transformation to lives and in turn, will transform your schools. We stayed at the beautiful Embassy Suites San Francisco Airport – Burlingame hotel. The hotel was right on the San Francisco Bay and only a BART ride away from many of San Francisco’s great attractions!

The week began with an inspiring speech from James Heynen who challenged us to be prepared for transformation. Dr. Jeff Myers brought an intriguing presentation on the steps of how to transform ourselves and our schools and finally, the spiritual closing night address from Pastor Joel Brooks on change. The night seemed perfect by having Ginny Owens captivate us with her beautiful and inspiring Christian contemporary songs.

The new action labs and affinity group sessions appeared to be a big hit with everyone. The presenter workshops and the vendor presentation hopefully provided you with many insights on how you can help improve and/or support your school. New and exciting ideas in the world of education were thoroughly explored stretching from the affinity groups, action labs, and opportunities for one-on-one time with the CSI consultants.

We look to seeing all of you next year July 26-29 in Chicago, IL at Trinity Christian College for the 2010 CSI Leadership Convention.
