ELDI Details:
As part of its Leadership Development Series, CSI provides an exciting opportunity to help current classroom teachers consider God’s call to administration. During the weeklong Educators Leadership Development Institute (ELDI), participants will learn from practicing administrators and explore their interests, abilities, and gifts in administration through the use of assessment exercises.
Session topics include:
- Administrator tasks and expectations.
- A biblical vision of leadership.
- Curriculum design.
- Professional development.
- Resource development.
- Board-administrator relationships.
- Administrators as spiritual leaders.

Please note: CSI, through its donor base, underwrites the majority of the cost. Participants from our member schools pay a USD$250 fee. All other food, lodging, and tuition costs, plus up to a USD$500 allowance for travel, are covered by CSI for participants from CSI member schools. Participants from a non-member school pay the USD $250 fee and are responsible for their own travel expenses.
