Four Easy Ways to Place Your Order

  1. Internet: http://direct.mbsbooks.com/christianhighonline.htm. This is the location of the Christian High Online bookstore at MBS Direct. Ordering your book(s) over the Internet is safe (it is on a secure server) and you save 20 percent on shipping by using this method.
  2. Phone: Orders may be placed by calling 1-800-325-3252 Monday – Thursday 7 am – 10 pm Friday 7 am – 6 pm Saturday 8 am – 5 pm Sunday 12 pm – 4 pm CDT/CST International Phone: 573-446-5299
  3. Fax: Complete the Textbook Order Form, print and fax to 1-800-499-0143. Your credit card will be charged for a new book if used books are not available. International Fax: 573-466-5254.
  1. Mail: Complete the Textbook Order Form. Send it with your check, money order or credit card information. Mail your completed textbook order form to: MBS Direct, P.O. Box 597, Columbia, MO 65205. Send express orders to: MBS Direct, 2805 Falling Leaf Lane, Columbia, MO 65201. (Mail orders must be for the price of a new book.)

    When to Place Your Order

    • Textbooks are available approximately 60 days prior to the start of a session.
  • At the latest, textbooks should be ordered ten days prior to the start of the course.

    Expected Shipping Time

  • Once an order is received by MBS Direct, it will be picked and shipped out by the end of the next business day (Monday-Friday).
  • Shipping within the continental United States should take two to seven business days for regular UPS.
  • Express shipping methods should reach you in their intended time, one business day for Next Day Air and two business days for 2nd Day Air.
  • You are able to check the status of your order by contacting MBS Direct at 1-800-325-3252.

    Refunds/Returns

  • Book(s) must be returned within two weeks after the original class start date or within two weeks of date received, whichever is later.
  • Book(s) are only returnable for the class for which they were originally bought.
  • Circle the item(s) on the front of the invoice that are being returned and indicate the reason for the return.
  • New books must be returned in new condition to receive a full refund. This means no writing or marking, including a name on the inside of the book.
  • Ship the book UPS ground or insured mail.
  • Postage returns are not refundable.
  • Credit will be issued in the same manner the payment was originally made.
  • Allow two to three weeks for processing time.
  • Call MBS Direct Customer Service at 800-325-3252 if you have any questions.

    Buyback Procedure

  • You can sell your books back to MBS Direct if the title has buyback value.
  • Call MBS Direct Customer Service at 800-325-3252 for a buyback price. Have the following information ready: author, title, ISBN, edition and publisher.
  • If the book(s) have value, shipping instructions will be given.
  • Upon receipt of the book(s) at MBS, a check will be sent for the book(s).
  • Allow two to three weeks processing time.
