Employee

1.23 - Employee means any Person employed by one or more Participating Employers, as follows:

• on a regular full-time salaried or hourly basis, or
• on a regular part-time basis, provided such Person's Compensation is at least 35% of the Y.M.P.E. (25% if employed in Manitoba) in the year preceding his or her eligibility to participate in the Plan.
