CSI Insurance Plans Offer Choice

To best meet the needs of our member schools and their staff, CSI’s Insurance plan is available as a Standard and Flexible Benefit plan.

The Standard Plan has one benefit level for all participants. Schools participating in the Flexible Benefit Plan choose between Flex 1, Flex 2, Flex 3 or Employee Choice. If Employee Choice is selected, each employee is allowed to choose the Flex Plan best suited to his/her needs.
