Canada Employee Benefits

Through CSI’s Canadian employee benefits plans, member schools can provide financially sound pension plans and competitive insurance coverage to their employees.

Pension Plan

The Canadian Christian School Pension Plan and Trust Fund was designed to provide an important part of employees’ retirement income. The program currently has over 3,000 participants from over 100 Canadian schools.

Insurance Plan

The CSI Canada Insurance Plan provides plenty of flexibility for the differing needs of Canada’s Christian schools. Participating schools can choose between a Standard Plan or the Flexible Benefit Plan which allows for additional coverage in various areas.

Payroll Plan

The CSI Group Payroll Plan helps make the processing of payroll faster and more efficient. In addition, member schools can join and enjoy significantly lower fees than are charged for individual school payroll plans.
